Drop-in $20 for meditation and yoga class. Workshops are priced individually. All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced meditators alike.

Our class sizes are limited to offer social distancing space. Our studio has doors to the outside for fresh air and proper ventilation. Know we are taking extra measures to sanitize. Please remove shoes and clean hands upon entry.·You will be asked to fill out a release form and questionnaire when entering.
